Ingredients: Bronze featherback fish (79.20%), crushed ice, thickener (INS 1412), fresh shallot, granulated sugar, dill (1.06%), table salt, flavor enhancer (INS 621), tari k7, enzyme TG, super K70, ground black pepper, water, preservative (INS 202, INS 211).

Directions for Use:

Step 1: Thaw naturally at room temperature or in the refrigerator

Step 2: Use:
–  Use for frying, steaming, hot pot… as you like.
–  For processed goods (Fried, Steamed,…), it can be used immediately after thawing
